Injera Making Machine

The full automatic injera making machine includes 5 models, each produced injeras of different sizes, shapes, thicknesses and capacities.

The advantages of our ingera making machines:
1) The thickness of the pastry can be from 0.2-3.0mm, depending on the exact recipe ratio.
2) The shape of the pastry can be round, square, rectangular, oval or other shapes.
3) The size can be from 5.0 - 60cm injera, depending on the exact model.

Basic operation flow of the ingera machine:
Mix the liquid batter with a blender
Pump the batter from the batter jar to the nozzle.
