Overview

Using the oil-water mixing process, the residue produced during the frying process will automatically sink into the water and be removed through the drain valve, thus solving the blackening phenomenon of the frying oil caused by the residue being repeatedly fried in the pot. At the same time, it also reduces fuel consumption, keeps the oil surface clean, and these oils will not be carbonized and acidified. The process adopts the method of heating from the middle of the oil layer to control the temperature of the upper and lower oil layers, effectively relieve the oxidation degree of the frying oil, inhibit the rise of the acid medium, automatically filter residual inspection during the frying process, and automatically control the temperature, thereby prolonging the use life of frying oil.
