Features of Drying Machine
Intake fans: The hot air circulation system of the commercial food drying machine adopts a uniform and efficient airflow throughout the machine. The fresh air is driven by the circulating fan, which forces the air go through the heat exchangers.
Electric heater and steam heat exchanger: We adopt industrial-grade stainless steel electric heater and food grade stainless steel steam heat exchanger. They are durable extremely, the fins on the heater and heat exchanger of larger radiation area, so that they are much more efficient than standard heating elements.
Adjustable air distributor: Our machine fitted with special designed dynamic airflow distributor which have been mounted on the wall of drying chamber, the clearance and angle both can be adjusted easily, so that the hot dry air across every tray consistently, so as to get the uniform drying quality.
Good sealing quality & insulation material: We use the high teamp. resistance sealing material on the door, so that there is no air leakage. No need to change the sealing material within 2 year commonly. We choose 80mm thickness rock wool as insulation material on our commercial food drying machine, so that the machine surface temperature below 50 degree centigrade at running state.
Button controler & touch screen controler for option: Our standard controler is button type, it is simple controler suitable for most customer and material drying. we also have upgraded PLC and touch screen controler to meet complex drying procedures material drying.
