Processing Flow
The cocoa bean processing line comprises several key steps:
The cocoa beans are conveyed through a material hoist where they undergo de-stoning and metal detection to remove impurities.

They are roasted in a roasting machine and cooled to facilitate peeling, resulting in cocoa nibs. These nibs are then ground in a cocoa spread grinder to obtain cocoa spread.

The cocoa spread is poured into a hydraulic press to extract cocoa oil, which solidifies into cocoa butter upon cooling, while the pressed cocoa spread will forms cocoa mass(cocoa cakes).

The cocoa cakes are further processed in a powder grinding machine to produce cocoa powder, which is then packaged for distribution.
