Process Flow of Nuts Cutting Machine
Feeding
Pour the nuts on the feeding port. With the piston rod of cutting cylinder stretching out and the sliding block moving forward, the stuffing plate comes forward and the clip holding mouth open. As the stuffing plate and the sliding block moves forward, the feeding roller contrarotates, and the macadamia nuts fall into the received material funnel, then entered open clip holding mouth and stays in retainer plate.
Slotting
With the forward movement of the piston rod of clip material cylinder and sliding block and the clip holding part, macadamia nuts are clamping firmly, then slot by the high speed rotating circular blade which is driven by the electrical machine. Due to the stuffing plate connected to the roller of the arc guide component, the stuffing plate moves backward along the curved tack of the arc guide component, thus makes arc cutting into macadamia nuts which reduces damage to the nut.
Unloading the Nuts
After slotting, the piston rod of cutting cylinder backstretch and the clip holding prat moves to the end. As the piston rod of clip material cylinder retracted, macadamia nuts drop fro collection and the processing finishes.

Custom Process
1. Customers provide photos of samples, and main raw materials. We confirm whether our machines can be used and what equipment is needed.
2. We draw CAD and the machine process plan and give them to customers for confirmation.
3. After the customer confirmed the contract, we received a 30% deposit, and then we started to produce the machine.
4. We will finish the machine within the time stipulated in the contract. We will take videos of machine production to confirm with customers. After the customer confirms that there is no problem, we will clean the machine and pack it. After receiving 70% of the balance payment, arrange shipment.
5. After receiving the machine, the customer contacted us, and we arranged technicians to provide guidance.
