The feeding and pressing systems utilize independent horizontal pressing chambers, resulting in a high oil yield. This oil press is fully automatic, with minimal downtime, enabling continuous processing of cocoa and offering exceptional cost-effectiveness.

Automatic Cocoa Butter Extraction Press:
First, the cocoa liquor is rapidly heated and melted while being continuously stirred. Then, a high-capacity pump quickly pumps the cocoa liquor into the press. The characteristics of the liquid affect the operation of the press, so the pressing cycle can be flexibly adjusted.

During the pressing process, the cocoa oil is separated through a filter screen in the separator tank. The oil flows along the drip tray into the central oil channel and is collected in the discharge container. After pressing is complete, the press opens, and the cocoa cake is discharged via a cake conveyor.
