Lily Drying Process
The lilies are placed in trays, spread evenly, loaded on the material cart, and then pushed into the air heat pump drying chamber for drying.
The drying temperature is controlled at 45 ℃ ~ 70 ℃, and the drying time is controlled within 24-30 hours. The lily should be dried at different time periods, different temperatures and humidity.
① The initial temperature is set at about 45°C, and the lily sheet discharges a part of the water while heating evenly, then gradually increases the temperature and gradually discharges the water.
②In the early stage of drying, the lily should be turned over once every hour to make the moisture in the material evaporate normally.
When the temperature of the drying chamber rises to 65°C, the material needs to be turned every 2 hours for constant temperature drying and water removal.
When dried to about 10% water content in the scales, the lily pieces became hard and waxy, the hand-folded lily pieces cracked and became brittle and loud, and the drying was complete.
