Pineapple Drying Process
Our pineapple drying is divided into stages to dry, the drying process of cut pineapple slices can be divided into 5 stages.
1. Dry without reducing the humidity, the time is 1.5 hours, the temperature inside and outside is the same, and the temperature is 50 °C.
2. The temperature is 53 ℃, and the continuous drying is started, and the humidity reaches 40%.
3. The temperature is 60°C, the humidity is continuous, and the humidity is 26%.
4. Temperature 56℃, humidity 20%, continuous drying.
5. The temperature is 50 °C, the humidity is 18%, and the drying is completed for 1 hour.
