Production Introduction

The samosas sheet machine is an advanced equipment developed by GELGOOG Company, which is produced with high-quality food-grade materials.

This machine can produce rectangular shape samosa sheets between 0.2-2mm in thickness. It has the characteristics of high output, which can produce 4500-7000 pieces per hour.

Principle of Crepe Maker Machine

First mix the flour and water into batter,  then the batter is then pumped to the round baking wheel. After heated and baked to be fixed samosa wrapper or other flake foods.

Process: Put the prepared batter into the slurry bucket, when the baking wheel is heated to 160°C, start the slurry pump to send the batter to the nozzle. Operate the standoff lever so that the batter adheres to the rounded surface of the roasting wheel. When the roasting wheel rotates through an angle of 270-300 degrees, the batter is cooked and automatically separated from the roasting wheel to form a samosa sheet with a fixed thickness, which is cut into the same size shape by a cutting machine.
