Spring Roll Production Process
- Flour, water and ingredients are mixed into uniform batter and pumped to the heating drum system. Spring roll wrappers are formed continuously with adjustable thickness from 0.2–2 mm.
- Spring roll wrappers are conveyed through a cooling system to stabilize structure and remove heat. The temperature is reduced to about 25–35℃ to ensure proper flexibility for filling.
- The production line's automatic filling equipment places vegetable, meat, seafood or customized fillings onto each wrapper. Filling weight and position are precisely controlled for consistent product quality.
