The Main Product:

①Molding machine: Roll printing (crisp): Put the mixed flour into this machine, and then roll and shape it into a biscuit embryo, and put it in the oven to make all kinds of medium and high-grade biscuits.

Roller cutting (toughness): Put the kneaded dough into the machine, press the skin through three rollers, and then cut it into biscuit parisons through a roller-cutting die once, and enter the oven to bake medium- and high-grade toughness biscuits.

②Tunnel oven: It is heated by electricity or gas, controlled by different temperature zones, the temperature of each temperature zone can be preset, the temperature in the temperature zone is uniform, and the high-quality thermal insulation material is used, which has good thermal insulation performance and high thermal efficiency. Temperature control system, automatic temperature control and constant temperature, flexible operation, high safety performance, suitable for baking all kinds of biscuits. Ovens increase in width and length according to production.

③ Oil sprayer: spray oil on the surface of the biscuits coming out of the oven to make the color, aroma and taste of the biscuits more distinctive and improve the grade of the biscuits.

④ Cooling machine: This equipment is fully cooled before the biscuits are sent to the packaging machine to ensure the quality of the biscuits after packaging and prolong the shelf life.
