Production Process
Washing: Removes dirt and impurities from the surface of the apples.
Crushing: Breaks apples into particles suitable for pressing, with adjustable particle size.
Enzyme Inactivation & Cooling: Heat treatment deactivates enzymes to prevent browning, followed by rapid cooling to preserve flavor.
Pressing: Apples are fully squeezed by the press, with adjustable pressure, ensuring high juice yield.
Sterilization: Tubular sterilization with fast processing speed and minimal nutrient loss.
