Production Process
Cleaning: Remove dirt, impurities, and pesticide residues with high-pressure water or bubble washing machines.
Pulping: Separate peel and seed with a pulping machine, crush the flesh into pulp.
Deaeration: Remove air from the pulp under vacuum to prevent oxidation and nutrient loss.
Sterilization: Apply pasteurization to ensure food safety and extend shelf life.
Filling: Carry out aseptic filling, commonly using aluminum foil bags, aseptic bags, or glass bottles.
