Biscuit Production Line Delivery in Russia

In early 2026, we received an inquiry from a well-established bakery manufacturer based near Moscow. With over a decade of experience in the Russian market, the company specializes in producing biscuits and snack products. As their brand continued to gain market share, their existing semi-automatic line could no longer keep up with surging demand.

The Russia Customer's Challenges

After initial discussions, we identified several critical issues. First, production capacity was severely insufficient. The old line could only produce around 6 tons per day, while order volumes had nearly doubled over the past two years. The customer made it clear that the new biscuit production line in Russia needed to deliver a stable output of at least 600 kg per hour.

Second, product quality had become inconsistent. Aging equipment caused temperature fluctuations during baking, resulting in noticeable variations in color and texture. More importantly, Russian consumers have distinct taste preferences – they are accustomed to the specific gluten profile of local flour and traditional sweetness ratios. The customer was concerned whether new machinery could adapt to these "Russian characteristics."

Third, after-sales service was a major worry. With thousands of kilometers between China and Russia, any equipment failure could lead to prolonged downtime if service response was slow. The customer needed not just machinery, but a reliable technical partner.

GELGOOG Biscuit Solutions For Russia

We quickly assembled a dedicated team to design a comprehensive solution. To meet capacity requirements, we designed a fully automatic line featuring a high-efficiency mixer, dough feeder, forming machine, gas-fired tunnel oven, cooling conveyor, and automatic packaging unit – all made of food-grade stainless steel.

To address the Russian flour formulation challenge, we requested local flour and ingredient samples. Before shipment, we conducted trial runs using these materials, fine-tuning baking temperature curves and conveyor speeds to ensure the equipment would be "plug-and-play" upon arrival.

The line was equipped with an advanced PLC control system, enabling precise regulation of temperature, timing, and speed – ensuring uniform color, crisp texture, and consistent quality across all batches.

To address after-sales concerns, we integrated smart gateway modules for remote diagnostics, while expanding our network of local service partners in the Moscow region to ensure rapid spare parts delivery. We also provided a clear delivery schedule and resolved cross-border payment concerns through a dedicated channel.

Biscuit Production Line Successful Delivery in Russia

After months of manufacturing and international shipping, the biscuit line arrived safely at the customer's factory. Our engineers traveled to the site to complete installation, commissioning, and operator training.

Today, this biscuit production line in Russia has been operating steadily, achieving a daily output of over 15 tons – a significant leap from the previous 6 tons. Product quality has received high praise, and the line now runs two shifts daily to meet growing demand. This project demonstrates how Chinese manufacturing can earn trust in international markets through technical expertise and reliable support.
